  • I work out already, why do I need a Personal Trainer?
    Personal Training will help you to reach your goals more efficiently, as well as provide motivation, accountability, and education. You will spend less time in the gym and see faster results with properly designed programs and progressive exercise cycles.
  • Will I get enough individual attention in the semi-private groups?
    Group training will include anywhere from 2-5 people so you will receive proper attention from your trainer. Each individual is properly evaluated and screened prior to their exercise program. You will not waste a lot of time counting reps and chatting with your trainer; instead you will be moving, working hard, and burning fat. Group fitness training also provides great motivation since you never want to finish last with other people around. Combine that will proper program design and complete attention to technique detail from your trainer and you are well on your way to your new physique.
  • How long do the workouts last?
    Each workout will last 50-60 minutes which includes a warm-up, strength building exercises, conditioning and fat burning circuits, core training, and a proper cool down.
  • Do I need to do some training on my own too?
    Most clients meet with their trainer 2-3 times per week. That only equals 2-3 hours a week of exercise! While this is a great start, you must do some work on your own. For ultimate fat loss and lean muscle gain you should be training 4-5 times per week. Once you begin your training program your personal trainer will develop the off day fitness and conditioning workouts for you.
  • Do I need to be a member of the gym to train?
    No. Training packages are offered to members and non-members.
