I hope you had an awesome holiday season with your family and friends. I was going through some videos from the summer and fall and I came across a Prowler video that I want to share with you. Here’s a few minutes of me doing a Prowler Suicide training session. The Prowler is one exercise that will totally smoke your legs and your cardiovascular system.
With the Prowler suicide you will go pretty light on the weight with the sled itself and you’ll sprint down to a pre-determined line (at least 30 yards) and back, then further down and back and then do a third sprint down and back. If you have room you can do four full sprints. This is killer!
