  • Perform interval based training instead of steady state cardio. This will burn more calories and keep your metabolism revved up for up to 36 hours after the workout
  • Train your entire body during each strength training workout. Do not split body parts as this is inefficient and will not help you to boost your metabolism.
  • Avoid the typical gym equipment such as Nautilus circuits and Bosu Balls. Instead focus on free weight movements with dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, Kettle bells and body weight. These are more efficient and much more fun.
  • Hire a qualified and certified personal trainer and join some small group training programs to achieve optimal results. Your trainer and group members will keep you motivated, accountable and will make every training session fun and rewarding.
